Windows 98 is a poor product (of course not poor when first released), poor icons, poor cursors (as Win95), poor wallpapers. It's a bit better with Plus!98, but not too good still. In the contrary, the latest version of Windows, Windows XP, have all the best stuff in one OS. The cute icons created a motivated environment, the animated cursors added more to this category... & the best stuff, wallpapers, they act as a real wall paper to create a peaceful atmosphere. Windowns XP is best at this category. However, Windows XP is very expensive. The upgrade version of the Home Version costs £89.99 (USD$135), & the Profession Version costs more. Although we know that OS costs a lot, the price of Win XP also seems huge. In order to "upgrade" your PC externally to Windows XP for free, this site is created.
